SUMMARY
This species is immediately recognized by the cup-shaped receptacles, containing discoid gemmae on dorsal side of thallus surface; ventral scales 4-6 rows, reaching to the thallus margins; margins of appendage of median scales entire or slightly crenulate, bordered by very small cells; female receptacles deeply divided in to numerous linear lobes.
